As I mentioned in my previous post regarding Curry breaking the NBA Finals record for threes made, my sims (based on the MDS Model) had the Warriors winning the title 88.47% of the time. I added some variables to track the probabilities for each exact outcome occurring and ran it again another 10,000 times (so the overall result is slightly different):
GS wins series: 88.62%
CLE wins series: 11.38%
GS in 4: 22.61%
GS in 5: 32.74%
GS in 6: 17.96%
GS in 7: 15.31%
CLE in 4: 0.63%
CLE in 5: 1.64%
CLE in 6: 4.86%
CLE in 7: 4.25%
The pick: Golden State in 5
